My personal contribution to the protection of the environment.
The gas heater has been replaced by a condensation heater that is more respectful of the environment. Home-made jams, local fruit or other products are offered at breakfast. Garden products are organically grown. Personally, I do most of my shopping on foot or by bike. I offer guests the possibility of a visit to the vineyards with a professional. Explanations of the management of the vine (pruning, debudding, trelling...) and of the soils, comparison between chemical, organic or bio dynamic viticulture, in either English, German or French.
